Steve Fasan Exhibition Manana Sculpture

June 11, 2011 No Comments

I saw the Steve Fasan Exhibition “Manana” sculpture recently, and grabbed some photos and video clips.

I’ve just stitched them all together, and thought you might like to share them – the Mexican musician playing harp was fabulous!

I loved Steve’s sculpture, very clever indeed, and the detail was great. His life size alphabet letters were surrounded by a huge variety of artwork which I thoroughly enjoyed, a small house made out of riotous bright felt, a mechanical goat (I loved it), a life size sculpture made of the skins of chilies – and handstitched together.

It really was an amazing exhibition, and as the number of visitors grew, the energy in the room was great, full of fun and vitality.

Well done Steve!!!
